Recently there was a case with a family member that they were unemployed and didn’t have medical benefits They were told to apply for chip or Medicaid to help protect their family They got online and started filling out the paperwork Then after the lengthy time doing that they had to make a phone call Then after the lengthy phone call they had to wait for some paperwork to arrive to complete more forms and more documentation
Then there were forms and questions that they definitely didn’t understand so they had to make more phone calls Then there was a set limit of time placed on them to get everything completed and by the time they could get things completed the time had run out and so they had to start the process all over again They basically had to reapply
